Summer 2026 Prize Draw — Official Rules

These rules govern the Golf Time Summer 2026 Prize Draw (the "Contest"). By entering, you agree to these rules, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
1. Sponsor
Golf Time Technologies, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Contact: support@golftime.tech.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Golf Time is free to download and use, and entering the Contest does not require you to buy anything.
3. Contest period
The Contest has been open to entries since February 24, 2026, when it was first announced in the Golf Time app. Entries remain open until the draw begins at 7:00 PM Central Time (as observed in Winnipeg) on Saturday, September 12, 2026 — including entries made in person at the draw event. Only entries recorded in the app before the draw is run are eligible.
The draw takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM Central Time at Southside Golf Course, Winnipeg, Manitoba. If the live event cannot proceed, the draw will instead be conducted privately and no later than Sunday, September 13, 2026, and the result will be announced in the app either way. All entries received during the entry period, including those received before these rules were published, are included in the draw.
4. Who can enter
To be eligible you must, at the time of entry:
- Be 18 years of age or older;
- Be a legal resident of Manitoba or Saskatchewan, Canada;
- Hold a Golf Time account with a completed profile; and
- Have entered the Contest through the Golf Time app.
Not eligible: employees, contractors and representatives of Golf Time Technologies, and members of their immediate families. Friends of the team remain eligible. The Contest is not open to residents of Quebec.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual will be disqualified.
5. How to enter
Open Golf Time, respond to the Summer 2026 Prize Draw prompt, and confirm that you would like to be entered. You may also select your preferred prize option at any time from Profile > Settings. Selecting a preference is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
Entering at the draw event: you are welcome to download the app and enter at the event itself, up until the draw begins. You must finish creating your profile for your entry to count — the prompt to enter appears once your profile is complete.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won. The winner chooses one of the following:
- A Callaway Strata men's complete golf club set — approximate retail value $600 CAD
- A Callaway Strata women's complete golf club set — approximate retail value $600 CAD
- A $500 Golf Town voucher — approximate retail value $500 CAD
- $300 in cash — value $300 CAD
The prize is not transferable and may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected option becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply. Club sets and vouchers are ordered once the winner is confirmed and are delivered to the winner after the draw; the Sponsor will arrange delivery details directly with them.
7. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. With one prize and one entry per person, each eligible entrant's chance of winning is 1 divided by the total number of eligible entries at the close of the Contest period.
8. How the winner is selected
The winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries, conducted using a random selection tool within the Golf Time admin system at the date, time and place stated in section 3. The draw is recorded, including the pool of entrants at the moment of the draw.
9. Skill-testing question
Before being declared the winner and receiving the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. An entrant who does not answer correctly forfeits the prize, and another entrant will be drawn.
10. Notification and claiming the prize
The selected entrant will be contacted through the Golf Time app and at the email address on their account. They must respond, answer the skill-testing question, and confirm their prize choice within five (5) business days of first being contacted.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within that period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails the skill-testing question, they forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may draw another entrant.
11. Publicity
The Sponsor would like to celebrate the winner in the app and on social media. Nothing is published without the winner's express consent. The winner may accept the prize and decline publicity; declining does not affect their entitlement to the prize.
12. Privacy
Information collected for the Contest is used only to administer the Contest and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entering does not sign you up for marketing email.
13. General conditions
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or amend the Contest if it cannot be run as planned, including because of technical failure or any cause outside the Sponsor's reasonable control. Any change to these rules will be posted on this page and, where the change is material, communicated to entrants.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or not recorded because of technical problems. Entrants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize. This Contest is governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
